ESCAIDE 2024: free of charge for in-person and online participants

news

We’re excited to announce that, as with the last few editions of the conference, attending ESCAIDE 2024 will be free of charge for all participants, whether they attend in-person (in Stockholm) or online.

The European Scientific Conference on Applied Infectious Disease Epidemiology offers unparalleled opportunities for public health professionals and researchers to learn, network and engage with experts and peers. The three-day programme showcases plenary sessions, abstract presentations, side events, workshops and more. Our organiser - the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC) - is delighted to offer this opportunity to public health professionals from across Europe and the world, completely free of charge.

The 2024 edition will be held in Stockholm, a city that has already proved its worth as the host of ESCAIDE in previous years. For those who are able to attend in person, we hope they will enjoy the chance to discover or (re-discover) the charms of the Scandinavian city and lifestyle.

As a hybrid event, ESCAIDE 2024 will also be entirely accessible online, allowing thousands of participants to join remotely. The online conference platform will live-stream the sessions and let participants join in the conversation and connect with the presenters and audience members.

More information about registration and timelines will be announced soon. Please keep an eye on our website and follow us on our social media channels to be the first to hear when registrations will open. You can also subscribe to our newsletter to get our monthly updates delivered straight to your inbox. We hope to see many of you at ESCAIDE 2024, whether in-person or online!
